The Too Alive Tour Inc. is a non-profit organization based in New York. We offer a unique approach to positive self-imaging, anti-bullying, and career awareness for young people. Through the use of core Social and Emotional Learning competencies to inform our programming and community development efforts, we focus on varying forms creative expression, skill building and career-focused programming to create viable pathways for participants to turn their dreams into reality. Our Mission is to instill principles of confidence, self-efficacy and positive self-imaging in young people to encourage their personal and professional trajectory.

Our organization is acutely aware of the impact current changes in society, workforce and even the internet are having on our youth. We believe that social and emotional learning not only supports students in a creative, holistic manner, but empowers them to create a balanced approach to their day to day lives.

The Too Alive Tour itself is rooted in various S.E.L principles as a means to create distinctive experiences and educational content around anti-bullying, positive self-imaging and more.

Our other programs such as The Too Alive Career Experience is in alignment with this learning approach as we use various principles to create a sustainable personal and professional trajectory for our mentees.

About our Founder

Eli Johnson is a creative entrepreneur, educator, and nonprofit leader dedicated to helping young people translate passion into purpose. He is the Founder and Executive Director of The Too Alive Tour, a New York-based nonprofit that blends social-emotional learning with career exposure through live school experiences, workforce-based programs and paid internship pathways. With a background spanning music, media, and education, Eli brings real-world industry insight into classrooms and community spaces.

He is also the CEO of TkACTN Media and an adjunct professor of music marketing, where he teaches students how to navigate today’s creative economy with confidence and strategy. Eli’s work centers on access, accountability, and self-belief - ensuring young people are not only inspired, but equipped. Through The Too Alive Tour, he continues to build bridges between education, creativity, and workforce readiness.

Our Support

In the fruition of our goal to provide youth with tools for Social Emotional Learning, The Too Alive Tour Inc. has partnered with Novena Riojas PLLC, a licensed Psychotherapist to provide therapeutic support for young people experiencing issues with, Peer Relationships, Self Esteem, and Teen Violence.

As a means of support, The Too Alive Tour Inc. will refer the services of our Psychotherapist to interested participants to encourage a holistic approach to self-care and career awareness.
